When a DataRead listing is published, the website's edition button will redirect you to the relevant third-party marketplace. The marketplace is a separate website and operates under its own policies. Review the listing and marketplace terms before proceeding.
3. Before completing a transaction
Check the listing's seller identity, product edition and version, price and currency, taxes, licence grant, permitted number of users/devices, delivery and installation method, update and support entitlements, refund/cancellation conditions, privacy terms and contact route. Do not rely on an old screenshot or an unverified statement on an unrelated page.
4. Responsibility
The marketplace is responsible for the platform functions it actually provides, such as its checkout interface, payment processing and account controls. The seller remains responsible for seller disclosures, product conformity, licence promises, support and other duties that apply to that seller under the marketplace agreement and applicable law.
