Before contacting product support

For a DataRead desktop question, note the edition name, version, Windows version, a short description of the problem and the steps that reproduce it. Do not email datasets containing personal, confidential or regulated information unless you have checked that doing so is appropriate and secure.

Marketplace order, payment or delivery

For payment confirmations, order status, refunds, receipts, licence delivery or a marketplace account issue, start with the support route shown on the marketplace listing or purchase receipt. The DataRead information website does not see or process marketplace orders.

Official contact details

The owner must complete and test these contact details before public launch. No contact form or automatic ticket system is included in this version.
